How we work
We are based locally and offer a personalised service. This means we will always offer face-to-face meetings with our clients, as well as of course meeting each of our nannies. We recommend that, for permanent nanny roles, our clients aim to begin their search around 2-3 months in advance of the expected start date.
We thoroughly check all of our candidates’ qualifications and references so that our clients can be assured that anyone we put forward for a role has the appropriate level of experience and qualities that they are seeking.
By meeting our clients personally where possible, we can get to know you and your family and really understand what you are looking for. This enables us to ensure that we will never waste your time, as we would only send you CVs of nannies who would fit your job profile.
Being a good nanny is more than just a job. it is an opportunity to truly make a difference within the family in which you work.
We meet all our nannies to ensure that not only do you possess the minimum criteria that any childcarer should, but perhaps most importantly, that you are passionate about the job. This meeting also helps us get to know all our nannies personally and to understand the types of role which will suit you best.
We believe that matching nannies with families is very much a two-way process, and it is vitally important for both parties to ‘choose’ each other. Thus, we will always discuss in advance any role that we propose putting you forward for.
