A lovely existing client of Happy Families Nannies is seeking an experienced, energetic and confident Travel Nanny accompany them to Dubai over the Christmas period.
This is effectively a 24-hour travel nanny role, as the nanny will be responsible for the boys overnight as well as during the day. The children are excellent sleepers and usually sleep through the night. The nanny will have their own hotel room, interconnecting with the children’s room and have a camera monitor and should also have downtime while the boys nap/rest during the afternoon.
Destination: Dubai
Children: Two young boys
Rate: £600 gross per 24 hour period (£25 gross hourly).
Travel: Business Class flight provided for the outbound journey, with an Economy Class flight for the return journey from Dubai, which you will be taking independently.
Accommodation: Private hotel room, interconnecting with the children’s room
A typical day will be approximately 9am–9pm, including getting the boys ready, accompanying them to the beach, pool and kids’ club, organising fun activities, supervising meals, bath/shower time and completing their bedtime routine. Parents will be present and involved at various points throughout the day.
The nanny must be confident swimming and comfortable taking sole responsibility for two young children in an international travel environment.
Essential requirements: Applicants must have excellent professional nanny experience, checkable references, an enhanced DBS, appropriate childcare experience and a valid passport with sufficient validity to travel to Dubai, together with the appropriate right to travel/visa documentation for the UAE.
The family would ideally love to find someone who, if the placement works well, could potentially become their go-to travel nanny for future family holidays and ad-hoc cover.
